Hole in the wall gem in East Boston. Unassuming exterior, but the food is amazing. Ordered a whole chicken, which came with one side and a salad. We got the fried yucca, which was delicious. The aji sauce that comes with the chicken is so delicious. Also ordered the lomo saltado, which was also super tasty. Will be bringing my family to eat here!

I ordered a lomo saltado which comes with steak (mixed with onions, tomatoes, and other veggies), French fries, and white rice. The lomo was pretty good but especially the juice that it's covered in. It's a pretty good sized dish. Most of the stars of this review are due to this dish. I also tried some chicken from their grilled chicken dish, which wasn't so great (a bit dry) which was surprising given that's what this restaurant is named after. I also tried the tres leches cake, which had an okay taste but was a bit dry in the center.

The rotisserie chicken here is the star of the show although I have gone on occasion were it seemed they didn't cook it at a lower and slower which helps it to be more well done while retaining its moisture. The marinade is what really makes this rotisserie better than any other in Boston and when you dip in the cold greenish yellow creamy sauce it is heaven on your palate. Try the seafood platter too a grotto mixto type of battered and fried mixed seafood platter caked "Jalea" (pronounced hah-lea).
